Product Delivery Manager

At Impact Nation, we don't just deliver projects — we shape outcomes. As our Product Delivery Manager, you'll be the connective tissue between our clients, our engineers, and the solutions we build together. You'll own the full arc: from gathering the first requirements to celebrating a successful rollout.
This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable on client calls as they are in a DevOps backlog. You'll lead client relationships with confidence, champion product thinking across our delivery squads, and hold the bar high when it comes to quality, data, and execution. You'll also grow and mentor a team — because great delivery is never a solo sport.
- 5+ years in delivery, product, or account management — ideally across digital or data-driven environments
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from brief to live
- Strong product thinking — you understand what makes software valuable, not just shippable
- Confident working alongside engineers; you speak the language without needing to write the code
- Analytically sharp — comfortable with data, KPIs, and defining what "done well" looks like
- Experience leading or mentoring team members in a delivery or product context
- A natural communicator who builds trust quickly — with clients and colleagues alike
- Calm under pressure and decisive when it matters
- Obsessed with the detail, but never losing sight of the bigger picture
- A proactive problem-solver — you flag issues early and come with solutions
- Genuinely excited by work that uses data and technology to drive real-world impact
- Someone who makes the people around them better
