Enterprise Nation had won significant public sector contracts to deliver SME support programmes across the UK. The delivery infrastructure had to operate at national scale, with the governance rigour that government funders require.

The existing model leaned heavily on manual process. Reporting was analogue, evidence collection inconsistent. A new delivery engine was needed — managing participants, mentors, subcontractors, reporting, and compliance simultaneously, without proportional admin overhead.

We designed, built, and operate the full delivery infrastructure — participant journeys, AI-assisted reporting, mentor and subcontractor coordination, funder compliance.

Rather than retrofitting AI, we designed it into the programme architecture from day one. Every touchpoint generates a structured, verifiable evidence record that can withstand funder and audit scrutiny.
